Absolutely loved the all-day breakfast! Unlike other hotels, Pillows Hotel lets you order breakfast at any time, which is a real treat. The location is perfect for grabbing a bite out or doing some shopping nearby. The staff were super accommodating, especially when I needed more pillows and extra towels. The room was cozy and clean, which made for a pleasant stay.

Unexpected charm in simple stay
The staff were incredibly accommodating, with breakfast delivered promptly every morning. The location was great, nestled near local eateries and a supermarket, making food runs easy after a long day of exploring.
However, I did experience issues with the internet connectivity on the third floor, which disrupted my work. Additionally, the inconsistency with hot water made showering unpredictable, adding a bit of inconvenience to my mornings.

The cozy vibe of my room made for a pleasant stay. Pillows were super comfy, perfect for restful nights. Room service was prompt, and breakfast was included, adding a nice touch. The location was central, close to local eateries and supermarkets, which made it easy to grab a bite when needed. I appreciated the drinking water dispensers on each floor—they were convenient for refills. However, the bathroom felt a bit cramped, which was a minor downside. The lighting in the room could be brighter, as it was quite dim for reading. Overall, the staff were warm and accommodating, going out of their way to assist with requests. I wish the breakfast area had more variety and less congestion as it felt cramped during peak times.

Had a pleasant stay with super friendly staff , who went outta their way to prepare a hearty breakfast even at an early hour. The location's great for quick access to local dining spots.
The elevator's kinda tricky to use , needs some clarity on the buttons.

It was just a balanced option for a quick break in Cebu with good value for money. The free newspaper every day was a nice touch that added to the experience. Consider asking for a room with better light if you prefer a brighter space.

missingWrote a review on Apr 15friendly staffconvenient locationlack of windowdeposit requirementcramped breakfast area
The location is quite convenient, being a short walk from the hospital, and the staff were notably friendly and approachable. I found it helpful that there was a drinking water dispenser on each floor, adding a layer of convenience. However, the lack of a true window in my room was disappointing, and I was surprised to discover a deposit requirement that wasn't initially communicated. Additionally, the breakfast area felt cramped, often leading to delays as guests had to wait for others to finish.
